What we collect and why

Bookings and enquiries. When you reserve a table or contact us through our booking system (app.thewinterlodge.co.uk), we receive the details you provide — typically your name, contact details, party size and the date of your visit. We use these only to manage your reservation, respond to your enquiry and run the venue.

Direct contact. If you phone or email us, we use your details to reply and to deal with whatever you contacted us about.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not currently run analytics or marketing pixels.

Sharing

Bookings are processed on our behalf by our reservations platform provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it where needed to run the venue or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry records only as long as we need them to run the business and meet our legal obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@thewinterlodge.co.uk and we will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
